Job Title Customer Service Officer Job Type Permanent
Report To Commercial Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Implements customer service policies, procedures and standards for the Group
  • Keeps up to date with changes and improvements to PAWA 774 products and services, and informs customers accordingly
  • Monitors operations in all business units to ensure that customers receive excellent service
  • Logs customers’ complaints such as security, theft and accident issues to the department head
  • Works with the human resource department to organise programmes to train staff on high-level customer service delivery
  • Analyses issues and raises audit queries
  • Maintains effective relationships with existing and potential customers in the most efficient and professional manner
  • Maintains relevant hard and electronic copies of customer files
    • Provides weekly report on all activities to the head of the customer care department
Qualifications and Experience
  • BSc or HND in any social science discipline
  • Experience in sales of power product and services
  • Membership of professional bodies in customer care (e.g. Customer Care Institute) will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to take and provide feedback in a pleasant and positive manner
  • Good interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills
  • In-depth knowledge of PAWA 774’s business philosophy, products and services
  • Ability to deliver work effectively
